Action in rural Sussex
AirS can offer advice and support to individuals and organisations in rural areas who wish to develop a community project or service.
It currently provides expert support to village halls, community shops, and to community support projects including childcare, young people, enterprise initiatives. It is able to offer support to individuals who are developing community ideas that could lead to the establishment of a local social enterprise. Rother Voluntary Action
RVA offers initial advice and help to individuals and community groups who are thinking of setting up a social enterprise, or perhaps are just thinking of earning some income from a service they offer, or a contract they might be awarded. RVA can help you understand the basics of setting up a business, some do’s and don’ts, what you need to consider and find specialist help if and when you need it. EDEAL
EDEAL is an independent Enterprise Agency established
in 1983 and approved by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), the government's
lead provider of international business support services. EDEAL's advice
and support services are confidential and impartial, representing
the best and most up to date information available. EDEAL is ISO
9002 registered, an Investor in People and MATRIX accredited.
EDEAL is a not for profit organisation and any trading surplus is
re-invested to support its core activity - the provision of quality

series of seminars and workshops specifically designed to give you

And if you are already in business, EDEAL offers a comprehensive
range of business training and one to one advice, providing no cost
or low cost solutions to most of today's business problems and skill
set requirements.
Business Link Sussex
We can introduce you to a Business Adviser who
understands how a social enterprise differs from mainstream businesses.
They will review your business and diagnose where
relevant action is needed to achieve better performance.Our free
Business Advice Service is available to any social enterprise

1066 Enterprise
Ten Sixty Six Enterprise is the enterprise agency for Hastings
and Rother, and also the Chamber of Commerce for Hastings and St
Leonards. We have a comprehensive strategy for helping those who
